He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and holds a master’s degree in science (Chemistry) from Meerut University, India. He has practical managerial skills and experience in the following main areas: Banking, Microfinance, Community Development, Rural Finance, Agricultural lending, Risk management, Micro & SMEs Management and Infrastructure projects.

Samarth is a member of the CPA Australia and holds a bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Commerce. He has been associated with Lochan & Co since 2015. He has a wide range of experience in various areas such as internal audit, external audit, management audit, micro assessments etc. and has provided services in more than 10 countries including South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Angola, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar etc.

Mr. Vikas joined our firm in 2006. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and post qualified in Information System Audit (ISA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), India. He has been working in professional field of accounting, auditing, taxation, costing, business consultancy and audit manuals for various corporate, non-government organizations, public sector undertakings, banking institutions and large public and private sector companies, for over eleven years

Ritika Dua
Assistant Manager
Ritika holds Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Marketing from ICFAI University in India and has 6 years of experience with Lochan & Co. She is responsible for analyzing RFP requirements, creating quotes and proposal schedules, ensuring RFP compliance in a time-sensitive environment, managing proposal reviews and coordinating and managing the entire proposal process to ensure on-time delivery. She also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities.

She has a Post-Graduate Diploma in “Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (IRPM)” from Sardar Patel College of Communication and Management and is also a Law Graduate. She has been independently handling the secretarial and legal work of more than 38 companies and ensuring compliances in each company regarding legal and procedural requirements. She is well versed with Statutory Compliances, Tax Compliances, Maintenance of Statutory Records and ROC, RBI (FEMA), STPI & SEBI, MCX & NCDEX regulations & compliances
